LiveLoss is a progressive Alt-Metal, post-rock band from Safford, Arizona, blending the intricacy of progressive rock with the emotional weight of grunge and the atmospheric depth of shoegaze.
Founded in mid-2024 by brothers Jake Garcia (guitar/vocals) and Josh Garcia (bass/vocals), the band emerged from the ashes of previous projects with a renewed vision: to craft music that balances melody and intensity, chaos and calm..
In the band’s early stages, Mollie Landrum joined as the original vocalist, contributing to the writing and recording of two formative songs. Following her amicable departure in early 2025 - along with guitarist Joe Espinoza - Live/Loss ushered in a new era by welcoming Sarah as their permanent vocalist and contributing songwriter. In December 2025 Tanner Johnson Joined the band as full time drummer and contributing songwriter.
LiveLoss’s current single, “Apologies Without Change,” is now streaming on all platforms, offering a haunting glimpse into the sound of their debut EP, In The Mourning, Available now.
In July 2026 LiveLoss signed with Independent AZ Label Pale Horse Records to release their Full Length debut album. The band is currently in pre production which will see a release early next year.
